We are System4u, and we provide you, our customers, with services in the field of IT. In order to facilitate this, we also need to have access to some of your personal data, whether it’s for handling an order, concluding a contract, providing a service, issuing an accounting document or sending a commercial or marketing message.

We carefully guard your personal data, and that’s the way it has always been. We do not hand over or sell it to any other party, nor do we dispose of it in any other way. When processing it, we proceed in accordance with all orders and regulations, i.e. including General Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 – GDPR – on the protection of personal data.

We process only essential data. Thus, our database includes the name, surname, position in the company, contact address, telephone number, e-mail address and identification number.

We do not collect any personal data on our website, and we do not profile visitors. During online marketing activities, such as remarketing, we also focus on groups rather than individuals, and the advertising systems we use do not allow us to identify specific persons.
