If they contact us directly, they will immediately get a replacement device set up just like the original one. They can continue working almost immediately – and we’ll handle the repair or warranty claim in the meantime.

A practical example

A logistics warehouse employee broke his work tablet for accessing an important work application. It was necessary to resolve the claim, which takes some time. We immediately sent him a new tablet with the same access to applications and documents and settled the claim.
